Canned replies
Ready-made texts you insert into a comment on a document in a client workspace. The client, office and date variables fill themselves in.

You often write clients the same thing: a bank statement is missing, the paperwork has arrived, a document goes back for correction. Save such texts as canned replies and insert them into a comment on a document with one click.
Creating a canned reply#
Owners and admins create and edit canned replies.
- Click New reply.
- Fill in the Title (you find the reply by it in the comment box) and the Text.
- Insert variables with the buttons under the text if you need them. The Preview on the right shows how the text will look.
- Click Add reply.
Edit a reply with Edit and remove it with Delete. Comments you already inserted it into don't change. An organization can have at most 100 canned replies, a title at most 80 characters and the text 2,000 characters. Two replies can't share a title.
Variables#
Variables are replaced at the moment you insert the reply into a comment:
| Variable | What is filled in |
|---|---|
{{klient}} | the workspace's client; the workspace name when it has no client |
{{kancelar}} | your organization's name |
{{datum}} | today's date |
- Variable
{{klient}}- What is filled in
- the workspace's client; the workspace name when it has no client
- Variable
{{kancelar}}- What is filled in
- your organization's name
- Variable
{{datum}}- What is filled in
- today's date
You can still edit the inserted text before sending. The comment is stored as plain text, without variables.
Inserting into a comment#
You find canned replies in the comment box of a card in a client workspace. Anyone who writes comments can insert them, members included. Writing internal notes and mentioning colleagues is covered in Tasks and mentions.
