These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of doxio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing doxio you confirm you are authorized to bind your organization and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
doxio provides secure document sharing, electronic signature collection, and audit logging. Signatures are visual signatures backed by an audit trail and are not qualified electronic signatures unless explicitly stated.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for the activity under your organization, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring you have the right to share and request signatures on any document you upload.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans begin with a 14-day trial. After the trial, the selected plan is billed via our payment processor until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Liability and termination
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
