From an uploaded PDF to a signed copy with a certificate
You decide who signs and where. DOXIO sends everyone a code-protected link, follows up with reminders and attaches a certificate with an audit trail to every signature.
Only the person it belongs to can open the document
- A link for one recipient
- Each share belongs to one email address and stops working after the number of days you set.
- A one-time code by email
- Before the document opens, the recipient enters a six-digit code. We store it only as a hash and limit the number of attempts.
- No direct file addresses
- The file loads through a protected stream tied to that one share. No public or presigned link is ever created.
Signing in the browser, on exactly the version you shared
- Type a name or draw
- The signer types their name or signs with a finger or mouse. Nothing to install, and the whole flow works from the keyboard.
- Fields to fill in
- Place text, date and checkbox fields on the page next to the signature. The values land in the PDF and on the certificate.
- Pinned to a version
- Only the shared version can be signed, verified by checksum. The signed copy is stored separately and never overwritten.

- Signers go one after another in a fixed order, or sign in parallel.

- When a client hasn't signed, DOXIO sends them a reminder after the number of days you choose.

Client documents in one workspace, not in your inbox
- Clients upload their own documents
- Contracts, powers of attorney, invoices or a pre-employment medical certificate go straight into their workspace as a PDF or a photo. DOXIO turns photos into PDFs.
- A board that fits your work
- Start from a preset for accounting, a legal case file, a property sale, employee onboarding or client onboarding, or from your own template. A workspace can have several sections, such as Documents and Contracts, each with its own board.
- A checklist of the documents you need
- List what you need from the client, say the land registry extract, energy certificate and purchase agreement, with a due date for each item. The client uploads against each item and you approve it. You both see what's still missing.
- Monthly paperwork with reminders
- Bank statement and invoices every month by the 10th? Set the request up once. DOXIO opens it again each month and emails the client a reminder about anything not yet uploaded.
- Comments instead of email ping-pong
- When something is missing, say so on the document itself. The client gets an email, replies in their workspace, and the conversation stays with the document. Internal notes are never shown to the client.
- A portal without accounts or passwords
- Invite the client by email. They sign in with a six-digit code from their inbox and see only the workspaces you invited them to. From Tým, the portal carries your office's logo and colour.

A certificate and an audit trail for every signature

- Every event carries the fingerprint of the one before it. The database blocks any rewrite of history, so tampering shows.
