Extra team seats
A team seat is one member of your office with their own sign-in. Clients in the portal and signers don't take a seat. When you need more seats than your plan includes, add them one at a time in your billing settings. They're billed with your plan, monthly or yearly.

AI document extraction
An add-on for any plan: AI reads an uploaded invoice or receipt and pre-fills the document details. The module can only be switched on with a page pack, billed with your plan, monthly or yearly.

Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
No, but you can try any plan free for 14 days. Your card is saved at sign-up and charged only when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What counts as an active client workspace?
Every client workspace that isn't archived. The plan limits only how many workspaces are active, not how many documents or signatures they hold.
What happens when I archive a workspace?
It stops counting towards your limit. The client portal closes for it and your team sees it read-only, but nothing is deleted: documents, boards, contacts and comments stay and are part of your data export. Reopen it whenever your plan's limit allows.
What if we need more team seats?
Add seats one at a time in your billing settings; each plan shows its price per seat. Seats are billed with your plan for the same period. Clients and signers never take a seat.
How much does AI document extraction cost?
It's an add-on for any plan, with page packs from CZK 290 a month. Without a pack the module can't be switched on. When the month's pages run out, extraction stops and nothing extra is charged.
Do you add VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the prices shown are final. If we become VAT registered, VAT at the statutory rate will be added to the prices, and we'll tell you in advance.
Will I lose data if I move to a lower plan?
No, moving to a lower plan never deletes anything. If you end up over a limit, such as active workspaces or team seats, everything stays available; you just can't add new workspaces or members until you're back within the limit (for example by archiving workspaces) or move to a higher plan. Higher-plan features switch off, but their settings stay saved.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings; the price difference is prorated.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
You can order Enterprise yourself at the base price of CZK 6,900 a month. Custom terms, an SLA, higher limits or your own AI provider can be arranged with us; just get in touch through the contact page.
